World Currencies
A currency is a medium of exchange in use or circulation and a money system in everyday use. It is a tool for pricing prices. Currency is compulsorily issued and controlled by the central banking institution of the authorities. However, the central bank has no right to determine the market purchasing power of the currency. Generally, one country only uses a unique currency, while different countries use a foreign currency. Such as, the U.S. dollar (US$) is used in the United States, and the Japanese yen (¥) is used in Japan. But there are exceptions; euros (€) are usually used in EU countries.
