World Currencies
A currency is a medium of exchange in use or circulation, also is a system of money in common use. It is a tool for pricing prices. Currency is compulsorily issued and controlled by the central banking institution of the authorities. However, the central bank has no right to determine the market purchasing power of the currency. Generally speaking, one country only uses a unique currency, while different countries use a different currency. Such as the U.S. dollar (US$) is used in the United States, the Japanese yen (¥) is used in Japan. But there are exceptions, euros (€) is usually used in EU countries.
